Book purchases and permanent access

The Real Estate Agent’s AI Toolbox books are digital educational products for your personal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish a book or its included materials.

Volume 1 is $22 one-time. Volume 2 is $67 one-time and includes permanent access to Volume 1 and Volume 2 books and their original companion resources. Purchased editions and their original companion resources remain permanently available in the member library.

After purchase, your Volume 1 PDF is sent by email and remains available in your permanent Member Library. Save a personal copy for offline reference.

Learning Hub renewal and cancellation

The optional Modern Agent Labs Learning Hub is a separate $99-per-year recurring membership for additional updated prompts, templates, workflow kits, examples, software reviews, implementation guidance, training, and change alerts. Each book is complete and does not require Hub membership. Ending Hub membership does not remove purchased books, their original companion resources, or access to the member library holding them. If active Hub maintenance is ever discontinued, future renewals stop and fully paid members at that time retain permanent access to Hub materials published through the discontinuation date.

For Learning Hub cancellation or renewal questions, contact Info@modernagentlab.com. Cancelling Hub membership does not remove purchased books or their original companion resources.

Refund questions

For refund questions or requests, contact Info@modernagentlab.com. Book purchases and the optional annual Learning Hub membership are separate purchases.

Responsible use

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing all work, protecting client information, and complying with Fair Housing, advertising, brokerage, and local legal requirements. The products provide practical guardrails, not guaranteed compliance.
